accounts along with State Agencies. Having held executive middle management and consulting roles in a number of
companies, Susan has an exceptional ability to direct Customer Service and Marketing. Because of her extensive
knowledge of all aspects of the sales and marketing life cycles, she is able to effectively architect the structure of
operational system functionality. Susan's primary focus is developing and implementing sales and marketing technology
for continual customer service growth and retention with a focus on state of the art product quality and customer
satisfaction.

focus on ROI System Manage 2000 software/technology. He has a BA degree in Computer Science from the University of
Dubuque. Troy's focus is creating automated business and customer enabling web based product design processes that
move a customer's visualized need to a deliverable product at an exceptional price point.
